💳: What Payment Methods We Accept❓
A1 ✅️: We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple pay Paypal and more.

💳: Do you have any instalment payment services available❓
A1 ✅️: Yes, we currently have 2 instalment payment services available. You can shop using Klarna and Clearpay.
💳: How Do I Pay with Klarna / Clearpay❓
A1 ✅: These services will be available at the very end of placing your order.

💳: Your Credit Card Payment being Declined❓
A1 ✅: You met your credit limit. Maxing out your credit card, or reaching your card’s credit limit, is a surefire way to have your card denied.

 

A2 ✅: When you're Travelling. If you use your credit card to make a purchase while traveling– simply attempting the transaction in a different city could cause an issue with your bank. Logging a lot of credit card activity in different locations (both domestic and internationally) raises a red flag to credit card issuers that your card may be stolen.

 

A3 ✅: Large purchases.  If you splurge on a spending spree or save up and make one big purchase, your credit card issuer may flag your account. Similar to travel, any card activity that’s outside of your ordinary spending habits may trigger fraud protection and lead to your issuer freezing your account, causing a card decline. (Notifying your credit card issuer of your spending changes helps to fend off account locks).

 

A4 ✅: Incorrect payment information. When attempting to make your purchase, especially online or via mobile app, it’s easy to enter a digit of your credit card number, expiration date or security code incorrectly. Or perhaps your billing address is outdated. These could all be simple explanations for a declined transaction. Double check your card information to ensure it’s correct.

 

A5 ✅: Missed payments. After you miss a payment for the first time, you should contact your issuer and settle the missed payment as quickly as possible. But if you have a history of missed payments, you may find your card getting declined at the register, even if you’re just a few days past your due date.

 

A6 ✅: An expired or deactivated credit card. Trying to use an expired card or a deactivated account will nearly always result in having your transaction declined.

 

A7 ✅: There’s a hold on your card. Large purchases can also become a problem when a hold is placed on your credit card.

A1 ✅: We Ship Worldwide. Please be aware that customs cost could be applied to orders for some countries. (K3met Design Clothing is based in the UK)
💰: How Much Does Shipping Cost❓
A1 ✅: Standard UK Shipping is £4.99, Express UK Shipping is £7.50 and Free UK Shipping if you spend over - £85.

 

A2 ✅: Shipping in Europe is £15 orders over £150 are Free.

 

A3 ✅: Worldwide Standard Delivery - £20 and Free shipping if you spend over - £200.

🕒: How Long Will Shipping Take❓
A1 ✅: UK Shipping - usually takes 2-7 Days after dispatch (normally arrives quicker).

 

A2 ✅: Worldwide Shipping - to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe usually takes 10-15 working days, after dispatch.

 

A3 ✅: Worldwide Shipping - Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 20 working days, after dispatch.

👀 Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet ❓
A1 ✅: If you place your order on a Friday after 1pm, then it won't be shipped until the following Monday. In the instance of a Bank Holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.
📦: I Got My Package But An Item Is Missing From My Order / Lost Orders❓
A1 ✅: Nothing to worry about! It's on the way. We sometimes ship our products one at a time so you get your item as fast as possible.

 

A2 ✅: If you think your package may be lost. Please call the courier company and provide them with your tracking number as soon as possible. Check our shipping policy for more information. Shipping Policy 🚢

 

A3 ✅: Please try Answer 2 before contacting us. In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

 

  •  Your order number. Which can be found on your account.
  •  The name of the item you did not receive
Once we’ve received the above info, we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
🏠: Does My Billing and Shipping Address Have To Match❓
A1 ✅: We recommend that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.
🚚: Can I Track My Package❓
A1 ✅: You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is sent out for delivery. You can follow your tracking with the delivery provider by clicking on the link in the email directing you to their website.

 

A2 ✅:Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track on our website if you wish to do so. Our tracking search engine can be found at the bottom of our page, in the main menu, or click this link Track Order

 

A3 ✅: You can also track your order by logging into your account. Clicking on your order number ( #0000 ). You will see a link that says " 🌍: Track Shipment" follow the link. Other information that can be seen there: Delivery Provider and your Tracking Number. Account – Login

 

A4 ✅: Depending on your shipping destination, it can take up to 48 hours to show progress, however, it's usually within 12-24 hours. The Courier tracking links will show your order/s progress once it's first scanned by the courier.

DISCOUNT CODES

💥: Why Won't My Discount Codes Stack Together❓
A1 ✅️: Discounts that take a percentage off your total order can't be stacked together. But discounts for individual items or collections can be stacked.

 

Example: 10% Off your Purchase and 20% off your purchase won't work. You can only use 1 of them. (we recommend using the higher percentage so you save more).
🔥: My Discount Code Isn't Working❓
A1 ✅️: Some special discount code offers have conditions for you to be able to use them. Here are a few examples.

 

  • Not being logged into your account first, then applying the code.
  • Not spending over a certain amount. Example: enter this code **** (not a real code) to get 20% off orders over £100.
  • Using someone else's discount code, which is attached to their account.

Note: Please make sure you read the instructions before using the code/s.

Refund, Returns & Exchange

🔁: How Can I Make Returns Or Exchanges❓
📌 This brand is a small one man army run business. I pack and ship every order myself so please bare this in mind when ordering. And of course I carefully quality check every item myself before it is sent to you.

 

A1 ✅: If in the unfortunate event that you do have to send something back, you'll have to pay for the return yourself. If you could please be sure that you've checked our sizing guides and have chosen the size that would fit you correctly, this would be a huge help to me in reducing the unnecessary returns. (e.g for our T-shirts we have Men, Women, Unisex sizes. It will be titled on each size chart). For more information please check our Refund policy

A1 ✅️: If you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items, you need to contact us ASAP. If your order has been processed, you will need to go through the returns process to send your order back to us. Please check our Refund policy
