Shipping Policy

Delivery/Shipping

We ship worldwide. Processing time before shipment takes approximately 2 to 5 business days and begins immediately after we receive confirmation of your payment. Most of our orders go out within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping in the UK generally takes 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. 

Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe usually takes 10-15 working days.

Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 20 working days. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

We Do Not Ship Orders On Weekends or Bank Holidays 

Standard delivery dispatched up to 2-5 working days. If you place your order on a Friday after 1pm, then it won't be shipped until the following Monday. In the instance of a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time. We do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

Note: If an order is made after 1pm (GMT) on a Friday, orders will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. Charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. VAT is inclusive, and all amounts are stated in GBP. This table indicates the applicable charges.

 UK Deliveries

UK Standard Delivery £4.99, Express UK Shipping is £7.50

Free UK Delivery on orders over £85

Royal Mail 2-4 working days and 1st Class Royal Mail 1-2 working days, after dispatch.

Europe

Shipping in Europe is £15 Standard International. Europe orders over £150 are Free 

World Wide Shipping  

US, Canada, Australia, and Europe usually take 10 -15 working days. Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 20 working days.

 

Standard - World Wide Delivery is £20 and Free World Wide Shipping if you spend over - £200

 

Duties and Taxes

International & Republic of Ireland

You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.

We advise individuals to check any additional duty & tax cost as individuals making the order will be responsible for paying any additional duty & taxes based on their country/region.

Please note: If you do not pay the duty fee, or delivery is refused, any postage fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking

Receipt, Signature and Tracking

All UK deliveries are fully tracked online, and most World Wide Deliveries are tracked depending on your location. All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

If you don't receive a tracking code within 48 hours after placing your order, please check your spam/promotions or junk e-mail inbox. Otherwise, feel free to contact us. 

As previously stated above, we do not ship on Fridays after 1pm (GMT), orders will be shipped on the following Monday and for bank holidays the following working day. You should receive your tracking email within 48 hours from then.

Delivery Issues

Unsuccessful Delivery

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

If you provide an incorrect address resulting in the parcel/s being returned, you are responsible for covering the additional postage costs incurred to get the parcel send to the correct address.

Lost Orders

If you think your package may be lost. Please call the courier company and provide them with your tracking number as soon as possible.

If you are unsure of where to find your tracking number, you will find it on your shipping confirmation email. Also check your junk folder as sometimes it can land there. You can also log in to your account on K3met Design Clothing to find your tracking number for your order.

Delivery Issues Contact

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email info@k3metdesign.co.uk

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault with the parcel being returned back to us as undelivered, your item/s will be automatically refunded, apart from the delivery charge! an email will be sent advising you, will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

  • Note: if the 18 Days expire at our delivery service provider and your products are sent back to us, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery
