We ship worldwide. Processing time before shipment takes approximately 2 to 5 business days and begins immediately after we receive confirmation of your payment. Most of our orders go out within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping in the UK generally takes 2-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe usually takes 10-15 working days.
Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 20 working days. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
Standard delivery dispatched up to 2-5 working days. If you place your order on a non-working day, these periods will continue the next following working day. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Note: If an order is made after 3pm (GMT) on a Friday, orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. Charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. VAT is inclusive and all amounts are stated in GBP. This table indicates the applicable charges.

Standard - World Wide Delivery is £9.99 if it's under £60
Worldwide Shipping Discount - on orders over £60 shipping is only - £5
Receipt, Signature and Tracking
All UK deliveries are fully tracked online and most World Wide Deliveries are tracked depending on you location. All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.
Duties and Taxes
You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault with the parcel being returned back to us as undelivered, your item/s will be automatically refunded, apart from the delivery charge! an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
- Note: if the 18 Days expire at our delivery service provider and your products are sent back to us, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery
Returns and Exchange
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition* within 7days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, colour or select another product for the same price if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
- Note: The following products may not be returned under this policy: Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway. All returned Goods must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging.
Cancel your Order
Please contact us asap firstname.lastname@example.org If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us). Money received from you will be refunded using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 7 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
